Skill Nutrition EAA + Electrolytes delivers all nine essential amino acids in a single 15 g serving, including a 3.8 g BCAA blend in a 2:1:1 ratio of L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine and L-Valine. Each serving also provides 1000 mg of L-Glutamine.
The formula is enriched with a balanced electrolyte complex — sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium and chlorides — to help maintain normal fluid balance and support normal muscle function during and after physical activity. Uporaba in odmerjanje
Take 15 g (1 scoop). Dissolve powder in 500 ml of cold water. Use during or after training; on non-training days, use in the morning.
