Jarrow Formulas Glucosamine + Chondroitin + MSM combines Glucosamine Sulfate, Chondroitin Sulfate and Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) in a capsule format. Each serving of 4 capsules provides 1,500 mg of Glucosamine Sulfate, 1,200 mg of Chondroitin Sulfate and 300 mg of Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM), bringing together three widely studied ingredients in a single, easy-to-take supplement.
