Magnesium content is based on transdermal use. These flakes are not intended for oral consumption. The full 750g bag contains 90g elemental magnesium across 3 bath servings.
Sestavine
Magnesium chloride hexahydrate flakes, pelargonium roseum (rose geranium) leaf oil, citrus aurantium bergamia (bergamot) peel oil, citronellol, limonene, linalool, geraniol.
Uporaba in odmerjanje
Bath: Add 250g Magnesium Relax Flakes (roughly 2 cups) per bath. Lie back and relax for 20 minutes. Increase amount for a more intensive experience.
Footbath: Add 150g Magnesium Relax Flakes (roughly 1 cup) to approx. 5 litres of water, enough to cover feet. Sit and relax for 20 minutes.
Recommended frequency: 2–3 times per week.

Skladiščenje
