Cytoplan Multi B Extra is a comprehensive, food-state B-complex formula delivering all eight B vitamins alongside supportive nutrients including Vitamin C, Magnesium, Inositol, Choline and PABA — in a single convenient vegan tablet. Designed with Cytoplan’s signature food-state approach, key nutrients are presented bound to natural food matrices such as inactive Lactobacillus bulgaricus , citrus pulp, alfalfa concentrate and corn meal concentrate, supporting optimal recognition and utilisation by the body.
The B vitamins in this formula contribute to a range of normal physiological functions. Thiamin (B1), Riboflavin (B2), Niacin (B3), Vitamin B6, Pantothenic Acid and Biotin all contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Vitamin B6, Folate, B12, Niacin, Riboflavin, Thiamin, Biotin and Pantothenic Acid contribute to normal psychological function. Folate contributes to normal homocysteine metabolism, and Vitamin B12 contributes to the normal function of the immune system. Vitamin B6 supplied here is in the active form P5P (pyridoxal-5-phosphate), and folate is provided as food-state folate, offering a naturally derived form of this important nutrient.
