Using a shaker cup: Mix 1 serving (285g) with up to 720ml (24 fl oz) of cold water, milk or other beverage. 2500+ calorie programme: Twice a day, mix 1 serving (285g) with 480ml of 1% fat milk. Add more liquid to reduce thickness.
