Natur Tanya Standardized Evening Primrose Oil Capsule delivers 500 mg of natural cold-pressed evening primrose oil ( Oenothera biennis L.) per softgel, providing a guaranteed 50 mg of gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) and 350 mg of linoleic acid (Omega-6) per capsule. The oil is standardized to ensure consistent GLA and linoleic acid content in every serving, offering a reliable and convenient source of these essential fatty acids.
Evening primrose oil is one of the richest plant-based sources of GLA, a long-chain Omega-6 fatty acid. Each softgel contains alpha-tocopherol (vitamin E) as an antioxidant. The product is free from artificial preservatives, colours and flavours, and is certified gluten-free.

Uporaba in odmerjanje
Take 1–3 soft gelatin capsules per day, swallowed with plenty of water. Recommended dosage period: minimum 90 days, maximum 180 days. Long-term use is recommended.
