Solgar Prenatal Nutrients is a comprehensive multivitamin and mineral formula specifically designed to support the nutritional needs of pregnant and breastfeeding women. Delivering 25 key nutrients per serving, including folate, iron, calcium, iodine, and a full spectrum of B vitamins, it provides targeted nutritional support during one of the most demanding periods of a woman’s life. Folate contributes to maternal tissue growth during pregnancy. Iron contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Each serving of four tablets supplies 800 mcg of folic acid (equivalent to 1,333 mcg DFE), 27 mg of iron as highly bioavailable ferrous bisglycinate chelate, 1,300 mg of calcium, and 150 mcg of iodine. Iodine contributes to the normal production of thyroid hormones and normal thyroid function. Calcium is needed for the maintenance of normal bones and teeth. Vitamin D contributes to normal absorption and utilisation of calcium and phosphorus, and magnesium contributes to normal muscle function.
Formulated by Solgar with their signature commitment to quality, these tablets are free from gluten, dairy, wheat, yeast, sugar, artificial flavours, colours, and artificial preservatives. The vegan-friendly formula uses plant-derived ingredients throughout, making it suitable for a wide range of dietary preferences. Uporaba in odmerjanje
