Swanson Probiotic Complex delivers 4.2 billion colony forming units (CFU) per serving across five distinct probiotic strains — Lactobacillus rhamnosus , Lactobacillus acidophilus , Bifidobacterium longum , Lactococcus lactis in Streptococcus thermophilus . Each vegan capsule also contains 400 mg of Fructooligosaccharides (FOS).
