Vaporiser/Burner: Add 6 to 8 drops of essential oil to a vaporiser or burner. Inhalation: Add 3 to 5 drops of essential oil to a bowl of very hot water, inhale vapours for 5 to 10 minutes (inhalation for children over 10 years only). Massage: Dilute 5 drops of essential oil with 10 ml of a carrier oil such as almond or jojoba. Bath: Add 4 to 6 drops of essential oil to 20 ml of carrier oil and swirl into water.

DO NOT induce vomiting. IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. IF ON SKIN: Wash with plenty of water. Dispose of in accordance with local regulations.
