Uporaba in odmerjanje
Diffuser/Burner: Add 6–8 drops to a diffuser or oil burner. Inhalation: Add 3–5 drops to a bowl of very hot water; inhale vapours for 5–10 minutes (inhalation only for children over 10 years old). Massage blend: Dilute 5 drops of essential oil in 10 ml of a carrier oil such as sweet almond or jojoba oil. Bath: Add 4–6 drops of essential oil to 20 ml of carrier oil; mix into bath water.
